**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** Join our team as a Material Handler, where you will play a crucial role in our distribution center by managing the receipt and shipment of goods. This position requires proficiency in operating a sit-down forklift and using computer systems for inventory updates. **Responsibilities** + Operate sit-down forklifts to unload and load trucks efficiently. + Use RF scanners and computers to update inventory records accurately. + Receive and ship materials, ensuring all items are handled with care. + Cross-train in both receiving and shipping departments. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in operating sit-down forklifts. + Strong computer skills for inventory management. + Experience in material handling, shipping, and receiving. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred. + Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Experience a rewarding work environment with a revamped Employee Value Proposition following the acquisition by Echo Global Logistics.
