Player’s Club Representative
Position Summary:
Under general direction from the Player’s Club Supervisor, promotes a positive customer experience by educating guests on the benefits of the Players Club in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED plus one (1) year customer service experience. Gaming experience preferred. Must have strong computer skills. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
