- Perform precision deburring operations on machined components to meet specification requirements
- Execute proper edge breaking techniques to ensure part safety, functionality, and quality
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures
- Maintain consistency in deburring processes across production batches
- Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to verify compliance with quality standards
- Use hand tools, microscopes, and other equipment associated with precision deburring
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production and quality issues
- 13 years of deburring experience in a manufacturing environment
- Aerospace deburring experience preferred
- Strong understanding of edge breaking (not just hand polishing)
- Ability to follow instructions and work with a high degree of consistency and accuracy
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Experience reading technical drawings is a plus
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident)
- Must have no disqualifying criminal history
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
