We are looking for passionate caring individuals who are committed to providing exceptional in-home care and support to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Administer medications and monitor client health as needed.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Assist with meal preparation and nutrition planning.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience in senior care or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for nights and weekends.
