Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide services within a K-12 school setting in Gadsden, AZ. This position is a contract role for the upcoming school year, offering the chance to work closely with students to support their developmental and educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to the unique needs of K-12 students.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy goals and strategies as needed.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to school-based therapy services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute professional insight to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in Arizona is required.
• Experience working in school-based settings with K-12 populations preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with educators and families.
• Knowledge of current educational laws and therapy techniques for school environments.
