Special Education Teacher

Modality: Special Education Teacher - (STC) Local Pay Rate: $50 Schedule: Full-time Interview Format: Virtual About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacherto lead a Structured Teaching Classroom (STC) for students in Kindergartenthrough 2nd grade. This role focuses on providing individualizedinstruction in a highly structured environment designed to support studentswith significant academic and developmental needs. Key Responsibilities + Deliver instruction aligned with IEP goals using structured teaching strategies. + Maintain strong routines and visual supports to promote student success. + Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families. + Complete ARD paperwork and participate in meetings. + Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Qualifications + Valid Arizona Special Education Certificate (SPED CERT). + Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPCC) - front and back. + Experience working in structured, self-contained classrooms preferred. + Strong skills in behavior management and data-driven instruction. District Details + All school sites are within a 10-15 mile radius of the district office. + Timekeeping System: Maxview. + District-specific onboarding requirements will be discussed after the interview.
