The team at RTA is looking for a Learning Experience Designer. This role is the sole architect of our digital training presence. You aren't just an admin; you are the owner of the learner's journey and the creative engine behind our customer-facing education.

This position plays a key part in not only the success of our company, but ultimately in the success of our clients.

Specifically For This Job, Someone Who

• Owns the LMS. You have experience building out and managing an LMS for asynchronous training. You are the product owner for our digital academy.
• Is a Creative Producer. You can storyboard, film, and edit high-quality training videos that people actually want to watch.
• Is an Instructional Architect. You don't just "make slides"; you create knowledge checks, learning pathways, and curriculum that sticks.

• LMS Mastery: Build, launch, and optimize a world-class asynchronous customer training platform that reduces time-to-value for our users.
• Content Excellence: Produce a library of videos and interactive modules that make the Fleet360 transition seamless and scalable.

The Bottom Line

Total compensation for the role is between $90,000 and $110,000, depending on experience. This is a full-time, hybrid or remote-friendly role, reporting to the Manager of Professional Services.
