Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Deer Valley, Arizona

Setting: Center-Based

Population Served: 2-12 years old

Years in Operation: Founded in 2025

What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Lead the clinical operations of the center, ensuring ethical, evidence-based ABA services and strong client outcomes.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs and Clinical Case Managers while promoting a collaborative, growth-oriented clinical culture.
• Maintain a reduced clinical caseload, providing assessments, parent training, treatment modifications, and consultation.
• Review treatment plans, behavioral programming, and clinical documentation while leading quality assurance and fidelity initiatives.
• Partner closely with the Operations Manager and Vice President of Clinical Operations to support staffing, scheduling, clinic performance, and organizational growth.
• Champion the companies clinical model while fostering accountability, mentorship, and professional development across the clinical team.

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size: reduced leadership caseload

Billable hour expectations: Minimum of 10 billable clinical hours per week

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary: $100-110K annually

PTO: 10 days

Supervision/mentorship provided: Direct partnership with the Vice President of Clinical Operations, collaboration with Operations Managers, ABA Trainers, and Administrative Leadership

Schedule flexibility / remote options: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM; no weekends; fully in-person
