General Labor - Draft Line Technician Position SummaryWe are a leading beverage system installation and service company in the Phoenix area seeking a service-driven Draft Line Technician to support our on-premise customers. This role is responsible for draught system service, installation, maintenance, and customer support, while ensuring high-quality performance and customer satisfaction. The position may also assist with special event setup and execution.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, solving problems, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide responsive, professional service to on-premise accounts and communicate effectively with customer staffInstall, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot draught beverage systems and linesDiagnose and repair non-functioning or poor-pouring draught systems in compliance with state guidelinesComplete draught line installations and routine service callsMaintain and manage inventory of draught knobs, service equipment, and special event materialsManage and maintain company vehicle, tools, and service equipmentTrack and document service activities, logs, and required reportingPrioritize and manage multiple service requests independently while communicating daily progress and needs to managementPerform other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 21 years of ageValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWillingness to learn through provided trainingStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance proceduresSound judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skillsPreferred QualificationsMechanical and technical aptitudeExperience in beverage system installation or servicePhysical RequirementsFrequently sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and reachRegularly climb into and out of a company vehicleFrequently lift 45–65 lbsRegular use of hands and fingers to operate tools, equipment, and technologyClose vision, color recognition, and ability to adjust focus for detailed workWork Environment & ExpectationsFast-paced, high-volume, and team-oriented environmentWork involves physical, repetitive, and hands-on tasksProfessional appearance and positive attitude required (uniform shirts provided)Independent work with accountability for meeting service targetsRoutine problem-solving with established processes and solutionsWhat We OfferCompany vehicle (fuel and maintenance covered; must have a safe place to park at home)Paid time off (PTO)Six paid holidays annuallyHands-on, on-the-job training with career growth opportunitiesComprehensive benefits packageAdditional InformationThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed and is not a complete list of all responsibilities.
