Biltmore Commons Dental Care is seeking an outstanding Front Office Treatment Coordinator to join our premier private dental practice located in the heart of Phoenix near the prestigious Biltmore District. This is not a corporate dental office. Position Responsibilities:

• Present and explain treatment plans
• Help patients understand the value of their dental care
• Schedule appointments efficiently
• Manage patient communications and follow-up
• Coordinate financial arrangements
• Support daily business operations
• Deliver an outstanding patient experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

• Experience with Dentrix is required
• Previous dental front office experience preferred
• Strong treatment presentation and case acceptance skills
• Sales experience and the ability to confidently discuss dentistry
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Schedule

• Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with lunch)
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with lunch)
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
