Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and manage content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer queries, and feedback
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices and technologies
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in social media management
- Experience working in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $28 to $32 per hour. In addition, benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities are provided.
