Chef
Executive Chef
A luxury hotel is seeking an executive chef to lead their culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, menu creation, banquets, and casual dining.
Chef responsibilities:
- Create and execute menus for restaurant
- Oversee all culinary outlets on the property
- Train and develop the culinary team, ensuring a positive work environment
- Work alongside the general manager to create top-notch experiences for guests
Chef qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years as an executive chef at hotel
- Heavy banquet and multi-unit experience with large, upscale hotels
