Office Assistant/Customer Service
Grads Photography is dedicated to delivering exceptional service with professionalism and efficiency. We’re seeking a friendly, motivated team player who values accuracy, is eager to learn, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Position: Part-Time Studio Assistant.
Location: Chandler, AZ (Pecos & McQueen).
This position is seasonal with the possibility of extension based on performance. The pay rate ranges from $15 to $16.50 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers upon arrival at the studio.
- Maintain and update customer information.
- Facilitate image viewing and selection.
- Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
Schedule:
- Must be available Mondays-Saturday. Saturdays are REQUIRED. Please do not submit an application if you are unavailable on Saturdays.
- Flexibility for occasional weekday shifts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Proficient with computers and common applications (e.g., Internet Explorer, MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
- Reliable transportation to our Chandler location.
