Industrial Engineer / Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer/Black Belt to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within our manufacturing plant.

This role is key to improving line performance, strengthening process governance, and supporting data‑driven decision making across production operations.

This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. What You’ll Work On

• Lead and sustain continuous improvement initiatives across the plant, with a primary focus on improving line OEE.

• Monitor, analyze, and report key production metrics.

• Develop, implement, and maintain process governance and sustainability for production line areas.

• Actively support site Operations Excellence programs and initiatives.

• Observe operations, analyze data, and provide recommendations for business process improvements.

• Facilitate the creation of project charters and coach Lean Six Sigma Green Belts and other project managers.

• Solve complex operational and process challenges.

• Coordinate and support cost‑saving projects related to material loss reduction, efficiency gains, and quality improvements.

• Provide project management and governance for site-level initiatives.

• Ensure accuracy of plant performance metrics, data analytics, and continuous improvement processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• Demonstrated competence in plant operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred.

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
