Office Assistant
Concord is a leading full-scope loan servicer providing compliant, flexible, and scalable portfolio servicing solutions across multiple asset classes. We leverage innovative technology and subject matter expertise to support our clients and optimize portfolio performance.
We are looking for a dedicated part-time Office Assistant to support our administrative team and ensure smooth office operations. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and mail distribution
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Support the preparation and editing of documents and reports
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
- Previous experience in an office or administrative support role preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
