Job Title: Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent

Start Date: 4/6/2026

Pay: $18/ hour

Location: 100% Remote

Shift: Full-time | 8-hour shifts (schedule details provided during interview)

Job Description:

• Support customers and agents by responding to property & casualty policy and billing questions with speed, clarity, and professionalism.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications, accurately document needs, and complete policy updates requiring an active insurance license.
• Navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment to resolve issues and drive results through strong consultative communication.

Qualifications:

• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance with NO active appointments (required).
• 1+ year of sales experience (customer service experience is a plus).
• High school diploma or GED (verifiable).
• Strong computer navigation/PC skills; comfortable multitasking across systems.
• Must reside in the U.S.

This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $37440.00/yr.
