Travel Reservations Specialist
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Travel Reservations Specialist to assist clients with organizing and confirming travel arrangements. This role focuses on communication, research, and coordination to ensure every client receives accurate information and reliable support throughout the planning process.
In this position, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help create organized travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining accurate records.
You will also assist clients with updates, confirmations, and documentation needs before, during, and after travel. This role emphasizes organization, professionalism, and high-quality service while supporting travelers through every stage of the planning process.
