Your New Role

• Track and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders across projects

• Review all RFIs and submittals for contract compliance and timely project execution

• Prepare change order requests and agreements, monitor pricing, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date

• Assist the project team with daily coordination tasks

• Maintain strong awareness of subcontract scope and communicate proactively with the Project Manager and Superintendent

• Support project closeouts including documentation, change orders, and releases

• File inspection reports, test results, and other project documents electronically or physically

This role is based in Phoenix, AZ 85024 and services projects in the surrounding area.

• 1 - 2 years of experience in construction or general contracting (commercial preferred)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills

• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to multitask and think critically under pressure

• Self-motivated and able to take initiative

• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Familiarity with Sage Contractor 100 is a plus

• Knowledge of Procore is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
