Kalologie is a premier provider of medical aesthetic treatments such as CoolSculpting, Skin Tightening, Neurotoxins, Fillers, PRP, and Microneedling. We are rapidly growing - with locations in California, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, and Nevada. WHO WE NEED: We are currently looking to add to our team of highly trained medical estheticians. Licensed Estheticians are a core part of the Kalologie team, performing results-oriented facial and peel treatments, and communicating the benefits of treatments and memberships. Kalologie Estheticians possess a solid esthetic knowledge, with excellent facial massage and extraction techniques. Successful Estheticians are passionate about skin care, have a friendly and helpful manner, possess excellent communication skills, and take great pride in the quality of aesthetic treatments. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Deliver best-in-class cosmetic facial and peel treatments
• Customize specific sessions based on clients individual needs
• Deliver outstanding standard of care and customer service
• Obtain client intake forms, consent forms, and documentation
• Educate clients on all Kalologie treatment and product offerings
• Actively promote the clinic, treatments, retail, and available promotions
• Educate regarding procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
• Comply with required protocols, requests and compliance policies
• Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required
• Maintain a clean and professional spa environment
• Contribute a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
• Arrive fifteen (15) minutes prior to scheduled work time for every shift
• Assist in all areas of clinic operation as requested by management

WHAT YOU’LL HAVE:

• Maintain appropriate certification and licensure
• Demonstrate strong esthetic skills including proficiency in facial techniques, chemical peels and waxing
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients about treatment and membership benefits
• Ability to work well as a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable and punctual, on time every time
• Ability to work a flexible schedule is a must, including some evenings and weekends
• Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and consultative skills
