Prepare tax-related financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and technical accounting documentation. Monitor tax law changes, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements across the tax function. Partner with internal teams and external advisors to support tax credits, strategic initiatives, and complex tax matters. Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline tax research, technical analysis, workflow efficiency, and reporting accuracy. Requirements: CPA required 5 years of corporate tax experience required Tax provision and compliance experience required Federal and state tax experience required Big 4 or public company experience preferred NetSuite or ERP system experience preferred Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
