Dental Office Manager – Strategic Business Leader | Friday Early Finish!

Practice: Flagstaff Smiles

Location: Flagstaff, AZ

Compensation: $58,000 – $63,000 per year (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus + Monthly Office Manager Bonus!

Schedule: Mon–Thu (7:15 AM – 5:00 PM) | Fridays (7:30 AM – 2:00 PM)

Are you a Dental Office Manager who thrives on clinical efficiency, team mentorship, and driving practice health? At Flagstaff Smiles , led by the highly regarded Dr. Benjamin Stark , we are looking for a "Captain" to oversee our daily operations and lead our close-knit team. Dr. Stark is a graduate of OHSU and a dedicated mentor in the CEREC doctors program , known for providing cutting-edge, restorative, and cosmetic care to the Flagstaff community.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will act as the "engine" of the practice-managing a modern, 5-op facility and ensuring our patients receive the 5-star, compassionate experience we are known for.

• Strategic Leadership: You aren't just a "manager"-you are a business leader responsible for driving production, optimizing schedules, and overseeing the "Business Care" of the practice.

• Modern Clinical Tech: Lead an office equipped with the best in the industry, including CEREC (One-Visit Crowns) , digital scanning, and advanced restorative workflows.

• Supportive Team Environment: You will manage a high-functioning team of 7 (2 Front Office, 2 Hygienists, and 2 DAs) in an environment that values professional appearance and clear communication.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily flow with a focus on "fill-the-schedule" strategies and proactive collections management.

• Triple-Layer Care: You will be responsible for Team Care (mentorship and staffing), Patient Care (experience and advocacy), and Business Care (KPIs and financial health).

• Communication Hub: Manage all aspects of patient relations, from insurance navigation to treatment coordination, ensuring clarity and trust.

• Experience: 3+ years of Dental Office Management experience (Required).

• The "Captain" Mindset: You are a problem-solver who leads by example and understands how to balance a high-energy clinical schedule with meticulous business administration.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern practice management software and a passion for digital efficiency.
