Key Responsibilities
Resident Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Build positive relationships with residents and promote a welcoming community environment.
- Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Conduct resident outreach to identify needs and improve resident satisfaction.
- Assist with move-in and move-out processes and resident orientations.
Community Engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate resident events, educational workshops, and community programs.
- Develop initiatives that encourage resident participation and community involvement.
- Maintain communication through newsletters, emails, social media, and community notices.
- Foster partnerships with local organizations and service providers to benefit residents.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and program tracking documentation.
- Assist with lease compliance and resident documentation as required.
- Monitor and manage community resources, budgets, and program expenses.
- Support property management with administrative tasks and special projects.
Service Coordination
- Connect residents with available community resources and support services.
- Coordinate referrals for social services, healthcare, employment assistance, educational programs, and other resident needs.
- Track resident participation in programs and services.
- Ensure services are delivered effectively and in compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Property Support
- Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to address resident concerns.
- Conduct community inspections and report issues affecting resident satisfaction.
Support occupancy, retention, and resident satisfaction goals.
Working Conditions
- Primarily office-based within a residential community.
- May require occasional evening or weekend hours to support resident events and community activities.
- Regular interaction with residents, staff, vendors, and community partners.
Physical Demands:
- Incumbents need to be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
- Incumbents must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet).
- Incumbents must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
- Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
- Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends and holidays.

Additional Compensation :
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
- Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
- Onsite Property Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
