Your Purpose in this Role

We are one of the top premier Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractors in the state of Arizona. We are looking for growth-motivated and self-starting individuals who value efficiency , reliability , and family .

As a Plumbing Project Manager, your purpose is to lead , direct , train , and develop your team. You will be required to manage plumbing projects in the 1,000,000+ project range. You will need to be experienced , goal driven , and a good communicator .

Pay

$90,000 to $110,000 - Pay Rate Determined in Interview.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

• Create budgets for new construction and renovation projects.
• Organize and plan tasks for the project team.
• Request subcontractor estimates and provide support in contract and letter of intent (LOI) preparations.
• Monitor and control the daily progress of construction projects, including regular communication, requests for information (RFIs), and change orders (COs).
• Conduct site visits to oversee project advancement.
• Support drafters in developing construction drawings.
• Coordinate and manage the scheduling and workload of construction projects daily.
• Other duties as assigned in relation to the estimating position.

Qualifications

• 7+ Years of experience in Plumbing.
• Successful completion of High School Diploma or GED.
• Organized individual able to handle timelines and deadlines.
• Experience in project management.
