Creative Innervisions, LLC is an organization that provides services and supports to people with developmental disabilities within Maricopa County. We are currently looking to onboard caring and compassionate individuals to permanently fill vacancies within our Adult Day Program located in North Phoenix. All training is provided upon employment. Requirements/Training:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to attend and pass State and agency provided training
- Obtain and maintain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- For positions that require driving, must be able to provide a 5-year Motor Vehicle Record that is in good standing
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Administer medications
- Complete daily documentation
- Communicate with supervisor and shift colleagues
- Assist members with activities of daily living skills, as needed
- Participate in daily activities with the members, such as board games, arts & crafts, and community outings
- Respond accordingly when emergency situations arise
- Provide care to members in accordance to their person-centered plan
