As a tech in our shop, you will assist with repairing vehicles, managing multiple repair projects at once sometimes, and working closely with coworkers to ensure work is completed properly and up to the standards of Ikandy Paintworks Inc. The ideal candidate has previous autobody, paint and restoration experience working on high-end classics , great communication skills, a strong attention to detail and a sense of pride to always do the right thing even when someone is not looking!! Insurance work experience preferred but not mandatory. This is not a fake it till you make it job. Please only experienced individuals apply. We are seeking a highly trained professional in the industry with experience. You will be working on extremely high end customs that require a certain level of experience. We do get in collision repair from time to time so having the ability to take apart and put together vehicles is also a must. If you can weld, fabricate and do metal work that is also a big plus as these old classics need lots of love. Must be efficient and have a great attitude. Responsibilities

• The ability to get panels straight.
• Body work at show car level
• Prep, block sand, tape and apply high build primer.
• Color sand and buff at show car level.
• Repair vehicles to the best of your ability, maintaining our high standards.
• Work within the guidelines of various insurance companies.
• Remove and reinstall parts on classic cars and trucks.
