About the Role:

As an Entry-Level Field Sales Consultant , you’ll be on the front lines — educating homeowners on solar and setting appointments for our solar advisors. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your hustle to the next level, we’ll train you and walk with you every step of the way.

This isn’t your average door-to-door job. Our top reps are making $100K+ per year , and many move into leadership/management roles quickly . If you’ve got the work ethic, we’ve got the blueprint!

What You’ll Do:

• Go door-to-door and speak with homeowners

• Explain the value of solar, batteries, & energy eficiancy and gauge interest

• Set up consultations

• Attend team huddles and skill-building sessions

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based (1099)
