• Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that align with resident needs and preferences

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Facilitate communication between residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
