JOB SUMMARY

At Caesars Republic Scottsdale, Wolf by Vanderpump is a rooftop dining experience from global hospitality icon Lisa Vanderpump. Bold design, dramatic presentation, and fine dining high-energy service define every moment. As a server, you’ll be at the center of it all — guiding guests through an immersive experience with style, precision, and personality. This isn’t just about taking orders. It’s about curating a vibe, owning the floor, and creating unforgettable service moments in one of Scottsdale’s most anticipated venues.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver warm, confident, and knowledgeable service in a high-volume, rooftop environment
• Guide guests through the menu with clarity and energy — anticipating needs and making recommendations
• Ensure timing, flow, and communication are seamless between FOH and BOH
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and Vanderpump brand standards
• Work closely with bartenders, support staff, and leadership to ensure smooth service
• Handle payment transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Keep your section polished, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel

WHAT YOU BRING

• Previous serving experience in an upscale, high-energy restaurant
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and wine — with a curiosity to keep learning
• A polished, professional presence and strong communication skills
• Confidence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A team-first attitude — you support your coworkers and lead by example
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
