Role Overview

Risas Dental and Braces is seeking a highly organized Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support our Doctor Recruiting function. This role partners closely with executive leadership to manage the logistics, communication, and data integrity behind virtual and onsite interviews across our practices.

This is a hands-on coordination role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, manages complex scheduling, and ensures exceptional candidate experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate all virtual and onsite interviews for Doctor candidates
• Manage complex executive and practice-level calendars
• Maintain recruiting databases, ATS records, and data hygiene
• Handle candidate correspondence and follow-up communications
• Support leadership team interview logistics
• Coordinate recruiting events and attend as needed
• Track recruiting metrics and ensure accurate reporting
• Maintain candidate pipeline documentation and workflow integrity

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations
• Experience supporting executive or physician recruiting preferred
• Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working onsite in Midtown Phoenix
• Proficient in ATS, CRM, Excel, and scheduling tools
• Able to manage multiple priorities with urgency and discretion
