Client Support Specialist
- Stable Schedule: Work Monday–Friday. No weekends.
- Training Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
- Post-Training: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
- Hybrid Flexibility: Work from home on Mondays and Fridays. You are only required to be on-site Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

education: High School Responsibilities What You Will Do:
- Assist Clients: Handle inbound calls from investors, answering questions about financial products and services.
- Solve Problems: Use a consultative approach to listen to client needs and position appropriate solutions.
- Process Transactions: Securely handle monetary and administrative transactions for client accounts.
- Learn & Adapt: utilize virtual technology to navigate accounts and document client feedback.
- You are a Teacher looking to leave the classroom but keep helping people understand complex information.
- You come from Retail, Hospitality, or Healthcare and have a track record of reliability and empathy.
- You have a strong desire/aptitude to learn new software and technologies.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team.
- Internet: Home internet download speed of 1Gbps (1000 Mbps) and upload speed of 30 Mbps is required for this role.
- Perk: We provide an $80/month internet stipend to help offset this cost.
- Workspace: A private, dedicated workspace in your home free from distractions.
- Attendance: 100% attendance is required during the 25-day training period.
- Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour.
- Overtime: Occasional overtime available based on business needs.
