About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple areas of accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely entry
• Manage accounts receivable including invoicing, cash applications, and collections follow-up
• Handle accounts payable including vendor setup, invoice matching, and payment processing
• Reconcile discrepancies and assist with month-end close activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and support audit requests
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in accounting, AR/AP, or similar role
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software (ERP systems preferred)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-volume environments
• Multi-entity or multi-location exposure
• Intermediate Excel skills
