Proposal Manager
Our global, technology solutions, products and services client has asked The Maven Group to help find a several talented Proposal Managers for a Arizona based project.
These are hybrid work roles and relocation can be provided if needed.
The chosen Proposal Manager, will oversee all proposal activities, including directing proposal personnel, managing proposal schedules and deadlines, and monitoring the progress of the proposal. You will be expected to work closely with the Capture Manager to integrate the win strategy and solution into a proposal structured for compliance and ease of evaluation.
This project has several needs. Some require an Active TS/SCI clearance and some are ok for those that can be cleared. We can discuss your situation to see if there is a fit. Due to the nature of these roles ONLY US Citizens can be considered.
What you need to bring to the party:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.
- Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire
- Ability to successfully articulate examples of having managed winning proposals in areas such as Classified technologies, Defense, Cyber, AI/ML, Blockchain, RF and the like.
