Role Overview

• Job Title: Branch Office Administrator (Senior Level)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: In office - Tucson, AZ 85701
• Shift: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
• Duration: Permanent (Direct Hire)
• Job Description:
  • Client Relationship & Risk Management : Gather client risk information, maintain accurate account details, and strengthen communication with clients and their advisors (FA, Attorney, CPA).
  • Operational & Transaction Support : Handle estate/death processing, assist with buy/sell orders, confirm transactions, and address general inquiries on performance, strategy, or tax.
  • Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up : Support annual meetings by preparing materials, reviewing account accuracy, recommending updates, and ensuring timely follow-up on agreed actions.
• Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of products and operational processes
  • Previous experience supporting a Financial Advisor
  • Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate client needs

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Tucson, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

3% 401K match
Full benefits for employee and kids (paid by client)
