Customer Service Rep
Join to apply for the Customer Service Rep role at Encore Talent Solutions . Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an end client requirement. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries and problems via telephone, record problem areas, and respond to email inquiries. The primary function is customer service, with minimal selling or promotion of products or services. Uses a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting. Requires limited knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services. In this role, you will: Receive orders via telephone and fax for manual entry into the system. Obtain management approval for orders on allocated or “Frozen” products. Enter and track special orders including pick-up & send, warehouse breakage, customer un-saleable, and return authorizations. Input changes submitted by CAMs for Sam’s and Costco. Input customer’s “Hardcoding” for sales personnel. Assist the Inventory Control manager with data entry on inventory counts. Assist accounts receivable with updating permits and verifying customer releases from states list filing and mailouts. Assist with incoming mail distribution. Serve as relief for the switchboard operator. Qualifications: High school diploma with 1-3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
