Requirements & Preferred Experience:

• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Arizona
• Previous experience working within school settings, including IEP development and participation in school-based multidisciplinary teams
• Proficient in assessment, documentation, and therapy planning across diverse speech/language needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Compassionate, student-centered approach with adaptability and a positive problem-solving mindset

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to determine student needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
• Deliver therapy services individually or in groups, both directly and via consultation/collaboration with educators and family members
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing input on student progress and recommendations for ongoing support
• Maintain detailed, timely, and compliant documentation of services and communication
• Serve as a resource and mentor to other staff, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
