Onsite Payroll Associate IV Tempe, AZ Pay Rate: $23 - 28/HR & Great Benefits No WEEKENDS!!! Shift Hours: Mon-Fri | 6:00am-2:00pm MST Would you like to be a part of a team that plays a vital role in supporting our business operations? Join our team today! About the Payroll Associate position: As a member of this team, you will be handling cases pertaining to new hires, terminations, personnel master file changes and employee time via upload to and from third party vendors. You will respond to all payroll questions and inquires via Case Management System. You will get checks printed, processed and ready to mail. You will perform peer audits of all data files submitted to vendor for processing. There is minimal phone contacts, you will receive files electronically to process in a timely and accurate manner. Successful candidates will be quality driven, able to handle high volume, fast paced work and have attention to detail. Requirements

• Strong computer skills.
• Experience working on ServiceNow software a plus
• Knowledge of payroll
• Able to multitask and prioritize work
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
• Able to handle high pressure work
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• printing all manual check request
• complete case driven from manual check daily
• work with client in providing assistance with dailly request.
• work collaboratively with other teams for various clients
• receive request through cases management data base and provide assistance with daily request
• handle request regarding interrogatories such as garnishment letters, court checks and will work closely with operation team to obtain employee information.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $41600 - $52000.
