Job Location: Surprise (El Mirage Rd & Cactus Rd)
Job Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-5:30 pm
Job Pay: $19.00
A2Z Staffing, LLC is currently looking for Grinder Operator for a growing warehouse in the West Valley.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for grinding plastic materials and sorting/dumping bags in a fast-paced environment. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
Job Duties
- Grinding plastic material
- Sorting / dumping bags
- Forklift Experience is a plus
- Standing for extend periods of time
- Keeps area clean and organized
- Performs similar job duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Must Pass a 10 panel drug screen
- Clean Background (felonies over 5 to 7 years could possibly be ok)
- Must Pass E-Verify
- Must have steeled toe boots
- Must Have Transportation (no public transportation nearby)
- Lift 40 pounds
- Ability to work in a loud environment
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Writing, mathematical skills, and a basic mechanical understanding
- One year Experience with Folder Gluers (minimum)
- Two or more years’ experience with machine operation, preference in folding and gluing
- Possesses the knowledge to work safely with available tools and chemicals
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to handle fast pace and high stress environment
- Ability to withstand dusty and noisy conditions
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and push/pull at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel or stoop for extended periods of time
