CNA National has an exciting opportunity for a Product Delivery Manager. The Product Delivery Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing technical product development strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals, while maximizing value and delivery efficiency.

This role is hybrid with three days working in the office and two days working remote. For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.

Duties include:

Product Management

  • Develops a clear product vision and strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to align customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Evaluates the financial impact of initiatives, balancing effort, resources, budget and ROI.
  • Leads critical product decisions, including feature scope, release timing, and priority trade-offs.
  • Gathers and analyzes user feedback and data to inform product improvements and feature development.
  • Provides continuous feedback to the development team to ensure alignment with product vision and user expectations.
  • Works closely with the quality assurance team to validate the products meet high standards before launch.
  • Ensures developed features meet acceptance criteria before they are considered complete.

Delivery Management

  • Creates comprehensive delivery plans, defining objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
  • Manage planning and forecasting based on priority and delivery timelines.
  • Prioritizes and escalates critical operational tasks, adjusting plans to meet evolving requirements.
  • Guide teams to focus on value delivery and improved time-to-market, avoiding process bottlenecks.
  • Establishes team cadence/tempo for sustainability, consistency, and predictability.
  • Provides clear reporting on progress, milestones, budget status, and risks to ensure stakeholder transparency.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field or a combination of education and experience. Master’s Degree is a plus.
  • Certifications in Delivery Management (ICP-APM, ICP-DAS, etc), Scrum Master (PSM I, CSM, etc), Product Ownership (PSPO 1, CPO) and/or Project Management (CAPM, PMP, etc) are a plus.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years in delivery management, product ownership, project management, or Agile leadership.
  • Background in the service industry (Insurance, Banking, Financial, other) is a plus.
  • Experience with UX/UI design principles.
  • Expertise in Agile and project management tools (TFS, Azure DevOps, Jira, RTC, Rally, Asana, Monday, Project Plan, MS Project).
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, wireframes, and process mapping.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Strong ability to navigate technology and software environments while engaging business units effectively.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Agile principles and an understanding of the SDLC with practical application in real-world scenarios.
  • Confident decision-making in ambiguous situations with incomplete information.
  • Effective stakeholder communication, delivery management, conflict resolution and process improvement skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Highly organized and execution-focused, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
