Key Responsibilities:

• All aspects of property maintenance including curb appeal, service requests, apartment turnovers, preventative maintenance, and relations with associates, contractors, and team members.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pool maintenance.
• Type II or Universal refrigerant certification or ability to obtain this certification within six months.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
