Vice President of FP&A POST NUMBER: 485663

I'm currently partnering with a growing, private equity-backed organization on a newly created Vice President of FP&A opportunity. This is a unique chance to join a company during a transformational period and play a key role in shaping its financial strategy, growth initiatives, and long-term success.
This position will serve as the right hand to the CFO, providing strategic financial leadership while helping scale the FP&A function and supporting executive decision-making across the business. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a spreadsheet all day. We're looking for a strategic finance leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, partnering with operations, driving growth initiatives, and helping build a best-in-class organization.

What We're Looking For
• 10 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related experience
• Private equity-backed company experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and influence business decisions
• Advanced expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive-level reporting
• Strong business acumen with a desire to get involved in operational and growth initiatives, not just financial reporting
• Experience leading and developing teams while partnering cross-functionally across the organization

? $220K-$230K Base Bonus Equity
