Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing all functions related to the warehouse, including daily operations and managing a team of five direct employees. This role acts as a liaison between the warehouse and various departments to ensure efficiency in shipments and the transfer of goods, materials, and services. The position involves 80% of the time working with the ERP system and the sales team to coordinate shipments of goods for both domestic and international orders, while the remaining 20% focuses on managing team efficiencies and implementing best practices within the warehouse.

• Supervise and direct warehouse operations and staff.
• Act as a liaison between warehouse and other departments to optimize shipment and transfer processes.
• Coordinate international and domestic orders using the ERP system and shipping software.
• Manage and supervise a team of five, including warehouse associates and a senior receiving/shipping coordinator.
• Implement best practices for warehouse management and team efficiencies.
• Engage in hands-on tasks such as cycle counting and operating forklifts as needed.

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management and supervision within a manufacturing or production setting.
• Proficiency in ERP or MRP systems.
• Experience in international and nationwide shipping.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.
• Fluency in speaking and reading Spanish.
• Capability to operate and train others on forklift operations.
• Hands-on leadership style.

• Experience with the internal ERP system 'IFS'.
• Experience in supervisory roles, potentially as a lead with extensive experience.

Work in a spacious 45,000 square foot facility. The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm.

This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
