Day Shift | 4×10s Schedule

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a collaborative surgical services team. This day-shift, 4×10s position offers competitive pay, strong bonus incentives, and the opportunity to work in a well-supported perioperative environment.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based perioperative nursing care for surgical patients
• Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and supplies prior to procedures
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during surgical procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to all infection control standards
• Monitor patient status throughout the perioperative process
• Accurately document patient care in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Respond effectively to intraoperative emergencies

✅ Requirements

• Active Arizona RN license (in hand)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• CNOR preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and sterile technique
