Virtual Client Benefits Specialist
Overview
AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as Client Support Specialists . In this role, you’ll assist families and individuals across the United States in understanding and accessing essential benefit programs.
This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling and structured support. We provide all training, mentorship, and pre-scheduled client consultations—no cold calling or door-to-door outreach required. If you enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and working independently, this is a great opportunity to build a meaningful career from home.
Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options.
Explain policies and enrollment steps in a clear, professional manner.
Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-up communication.
Deliver high-quality customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Participate in regular training and team meetings to enhance your skills.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
Confident using video conferencing platforms and digital tools.
Motivated by service-oriented, purpose-driven work.
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or client relations is helpful but not required.
Requirements:
Authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based computer with webcam access.
Training and Support
