• Approximately $124,000–$135,000 total annual compensation
  (Base salary + tiered incentives + signing bonus + student loan reimbursement + CEU reimbursement)

What You’ll Do

• Develop and deliver individualized, evidence-based care plans
• Build strong, lasting relationships with patients and colleagues
• Provide manual therapy, functional rehabilitation, and pre/post-operative care
• Use a streamlined AI-supported EMR to simplify documentation
• Support community wellness and promote long-term recovery

• Treat patients of all ages with tailored orthopedic and sports medicine approaches
• Offers on-site aquatic therapy , dry needling, IASTM/Graston, manual therapy, spine care, vestibular rehab, gait training, and concussion rehabilitation
• Experienced clinical team with advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy, functional dry needling, post-op rehab, and return-to-sport programming

What You’ll Need

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited PT program
• Active or eligible Arizona PT license
• Passion for patient-centered, evidence-based care
