Project Manager-with Agile Champion

**CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager - Agile Champion position for our client in Phoenix, AZ.** **Duration:** 12 months **Duties:** + Lead technology projects and drive Agile adoption across teams. + Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery. + Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables. + Use Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and PowerBI for reporting and documentation. **Skills:** + Strong Agile project management expertise. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and PowerBI. + Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. **Experience:** + Demonstrated success managing complex technology projects. + Hands-on experience promoting Agile practices in cross-functional teams. + Knowledge of Risk Decisioning Technologies is a plus. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; Agile or PMP certifications preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
