Position Overview

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading and executing customer onboarding and system implementations for Crexendo’s cloud telecom solutions.This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that blends project management, technical configuration, and client consulting.You will serve as the primary point of contact during implementation — ensuring projects are delivered on time, configured correctly, and positioned for long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers implementing their Crexendo system

• Develop and manage individualized project plans for each client.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Porting, and Support teams.

• Provide consultative guidance on system configuration and best practices.

• Deliver customer with baseline training to ensure successful adoption.

• Troubleshoot mid-level telecommunications and configuration issues.

• Escalate complex technical issues appropriately.

• Maintain current knowledge of product features, updates, and enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in telecommunications, VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, or network technology.

• Previous project management or client onboarding experience preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• High School diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Technical certifications are a plus.
