The responsibilities of this role may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Creating engaging lesson plans
• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment
• Directly teaching children, utilizing play-based and art projects
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Cleaning and maintaining the classroom
• Assisting with diaper changes and other essential tasks
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training
• Ensuring behavioral accountability and promoting positive behaviors

All employees must demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children.

• Valid Finger Print Clearance
• First Aid/CPR
• Successful Background check
• 6 months of experience in a childcare center
