Prosperity Placement Solutions is recruiting a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a well-established outpatient primary care clinic in Safford, Arizona .

• $125,000+ Depending On Experience

• 3-day work week (Urgent Care 12 Hour Shift)
• 4-day work week

No nights • No weekends • Outpatient only

What You’ll Do

• Provide primary care for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat acute & chronic conditions
• Perform physicals and preventive visits
• Prescribe medications
• Order labs and imaging
• Build long-term patient relationships

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C/ANCC) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Arizona license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA (or eligible)
