Workify Staffing is ramping up for multiple upcoming projects across the Phoenix metro area and looking to add skilled Mid Level to Journey-Level Electricians to our crews in commercial and industrial construction. Essential Duties - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial and commercial settings - Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings - Work with conduit, wiring, panels, breakers, and controls - Use hand and power tools, electrical testing equipment, and adhere to NEC standards - Communicate with project managers and site supervisors regarding job progress and timelines - Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold high safety standards - Complete daily reports including time, safety, and material logs Electrician Compensation & Benefits - Competitive pay based on experience and certifications - Positive and safety-driven work environment - Opportunities for advancement and growth Qualifications & Experience - 3+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work - Ability to read blueprints, run conduit, and follow NEC standards - Familiarity with jobsite safety protocols and PPE requirements - Reliable transportation and basic hand tools - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) - Valid drivers license and reliable transportation - OSHA 10 or 30 preferred Physical Requirements - Ability to lift 5075 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods - Capable of climbing ladders, working at heights, and in various weather conditions - Able to safely operate lifts, tools, and equipment necessary for the role at Workify, we deeply respect the skilled trades and the expertise that comes with the craft.
