Provider Relations Coordinator

Working comfortably from home within the CST or MST time zones, you will play a key role in managing provider inquiries, triaging shared mailboxes, processing issue tickets, and coordinating administrative workflows. salary: $24.65 - $24.66 per hour

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Provide administrative and operational support to the Provider Relations team. Manage provider inquiry mailboxes, track issue resolution tickets, assist with reporting, and ensure effective communication between network providers and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, triage, and respond to provider inquiries received through shared mailboxes and ticketing systems.

• Document, track, and coordinate the resolution of provider requests, issues, and escalations.

• Assist with departmental reporting, provider outreach initiatives, and engagement activities.

• Maintain clear, complete, and accurate operational workflows and documentation.

• Collaborate with internal departments including Credentialing, Claims, and Operations to resolve provider concerns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 3 to 5 years of administrative, project coordination, or provider relations experience.

• strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

• Demonstrated experience in dental or healthcare operations preferred.
